Policy Statement

TNB Foundation is a Texas non-profit foundation that was established in January of 2023 with the idea of making a difference in our community by giving back. Our foundation is led by Rio Grande Valley natives that understand the needs of the community and that are committed to making a positive impact. The TNB Foundation started its journey by identifying three top priorities centered on education, affordable housing and support for small businesses. Join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of Texans in Rio Grande Valley.

At TNB Foundation we are committed to our priorities of supporting education, affordable housing, and small businesses. Central to our values is the belief that everyone, regardless of age, race, religion, sex, or national origin, deserves equal opportunities and respect. The TNB Foundation does not tolerate discrimination against employees, volunteers, donors, or individuals within the communities we serve based on age, race, religion, sex, or national origin. We are dedicated to fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion where all voices are heard and valued. Through our work in education, affordable housing, and small business support, we aim to create positive change and uplift communities in need, including distressed communities. Discrimination or harassment of any form is strictly prohibited within the TNB Foundation. The TNB Foundation is committed to upholding these principles and to continuously enhancing our diversity and inclusion initiatives. Together, we strive to build a better future where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society.
