Verification of Information
All information submitted in this application is subject to verification. The TNB Foundation reserves the right to request additional documentation or clarification regarding any information provided. Applicants authorize the TNB Foundation to verify academic records, enrollment status, community involvement, leadership activities, volunteer service, employment information, financial information (if applicable), and any other information submitted in connection with this application.
Misrepresentation and Disqualification Policy
Providing false, misleading, incomplete, altered, or inaccurate information may result in immediate disqualification from consideration. If a scholarship award has already been granted, the TNB Foundation reserves the right to revoke the award and require repayment of any scholarship funds distributed.
Scholarship Selection and Award Decisions
Scholarship awards are made at the sole discretion of the TNB Foundation Scholarship Selection Committee. Eligibility does not guarantee selection or receipt of scholarship funds. All scholarship decisions are final.
Application Review and Feedback Policy
The TNB Foundation is committed to conducting a fair and equitable scholarship selection process. Due to the volume of applications received and to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of the selection process, the TNB Foundation does not provide individualized feedback regarding scholarship applications, application materials, interview performance, selection decisions, scoring, rankings, evaluations, or reasons for non-selection.
This policy applies to all applicants, parents, guardians, family members, school representatives, and other third parties. Requests for feedback, explanations, reconsideration, appeals, or disclosure of committee deliberations will not be accommodated.
Privacy and Use of Information
Information provided through this application will be used solely for scholarship administration, evaluation, verification, selection, award management, and related Foundation purposes. Applicant information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Foundation policies.
Publicity Authorization (Scholarship Recipients Only)
By accepting a scholarship award, recipients grant the TNB Foundation permission to use their name, city, school, photograph, likeness, award amount, and scholarship-related information for educational, recognition, reporting, promotional, and fundraising purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
